AUSvSL: Sri Lanka fined for slow over-rate during the second T20I

Sri Lankan players have been fined 20% of their match fees for maintaning a slow over-rate during the second T20I against Australia. Sri Lanka were one over short of the target. Sri Lanka couldn't bowl the 20 overs to the allocated time period.
In accordance with article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, If a team fails to bowl the overs in the allotted time, the players will be fined 20 per cent of their match fee.
Sri Lanka also became the first men's team to incur ICC's new over-rate penalty and they were allowed to field only four fielders outside the 30-yard circle instead of five.
